TRA Rules & Regulations

Guidelines for the safe, responsible and respectful use of Tuscany Club facilities and amenities.

The Tuscany Residents Association (TRA) is committed to providing a welcoming environment where members can enjoy amenities, programs, and community spaces in a safe and responsible manner.

Use of TRA amenities is limited to members and their invited guests only.

Members and guests are responsible for their own safety while using these facilities and are required to adhere to the Rules and Regulations outlined below.

Please review the Rules & Regulations below before using TRA facilities and amenities.

  • TRA membership fees are due April 1st each year.
  • A “Member” is defined in the TRA Articles of Association.
  • All members must present a valid membership card at the front desk to access Tuscany Club facilities and park. Access may be denied without a card.
  • Members must show their card for inspection upon request by TRA staff.
  • Membership cards are non-transferable. Lending your card to another person may result in temporary suspension of privileges.
  • Property owners must present a Certificate of Title and government-issued photo ID to obtain a membership card.
  • Certificates of Title may be submitted via email for verification and will be securely destroyed after review.
  • Members must reside at the Tuscany property to be eligible; proof of residency is required.
  • Renters: Homeowners may transfer membership privileges to renters using a Transfer of Privileges Form. Only one household (owner or renter) may hold privileges at a time.
  • Membership cards may be renewed every three (3) years at no cost. Lost cards incur a $15 replacement fee.
  • Children under 12 years old will not be issued cards and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Membership cards remain property of the TRA and may be revoked if rules are violated.
  • Members 12 years and older must carry their card to access any TRA facilities or sign out gym equipment.
  • All guests and members under 12 must be directly supervised by an adult and check in at the front desk before using the facilities.
  • Adult members may bring up to 5 guests per household to use the outdoor facility.
  • Members under 18 years may bring up 2 guests to use outdoor facilities.
  • Members may host up to 15 guests per event using a Park Guest List Form.
  • Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and compliance with TRA rules.
  • Guests may not enter facilities until the member is present.
  • Members must remain on site while guests are using facilities.
  • Residents eligible for membership cannot be signed in as guests.
  • Use of TRA facilities and amenities is at the member’s own risk.
  • TRA does not provide supervision; guardians are responsible for children under 12 years old.
  • Playground designed for ages 2–12; direct supervision is required for users under 12.
  • The following are prohibited unless in designated areas: glass bottles/containers, alcohol, drugs, intoxicating substances, animals (except service dogs), bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, open fires (only in designated fire pits using briquettes).
  • Members must treat TRA property with care; damage or vandalism may result in restitution and suspension of privileges.
  • Appropriate footwear and attire required; nudity and inappropriate swimwear prohibited.

  • All users must check in at the front desk before entering.
  • Users must always act safely and responsibly.
  • TRA staff may remove any user displaying unacceptable behavior.
  • Members must remain with their guests while using the gym.
  • Indoor, non-marking shoes required, no socks, sandals, or outdoor footwear.
  • Shirts must always be worn.
  • No food or drink, except water; personal music not permitted during open gym times.
  • Bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited.
  • Respect scheduled programs, rentals, and special event times.
  • Gym use is unsupervised, members responsible for their own safety.

  • Open spring, summer, and fall.
  • Bookings by email only; same-day bookings by phone if available.
  • Two bookings per household per week during primary times.
  • TRA members and guests only; check in at front desk with guest names if applicable.
  • Members responsible for guest conduct.
  • Proper court etiquette must always be observed.
  •  
  • Exit splash park immediately in hazardous weather (lightning, storms, etc.).
  • Swim diapers required for infants.
  • No food, drinks, glassware, or garbage in splash park areas.
  • Splash Park converted to Pleasure Rink in winter.
  •  
  • Rinks cannot be rented.
  • Residents may not clear snow.
  • Rink use and conditions subject to weather and ice quality.
  • No one may be on ice during resurfacing.
  • Hockey sticks and pucks are allowed only on designated hockey rinks.
  • Helmets strongly recommended.
  • Respect all skaters, no bullying, harassment, or foul language.
  • No alcohol, smoking, or vaping.
  • Dispose of all garbage in trash cans.

  • Members must leave their membership card to borrow equipment.
  • All equipment must be returned before closing.
  • Damaged or unsafe equipment must be reported immediately.

  • Tuscany Club and surrounding park are strictly non-smoking areas.
  • Violations may result in verbal or written warning.
  • Suspension of privileges for a period deemed appropriate by TRA management.

  • Courtesy, common sense, and respect must guide all behavior.
  • Staff do not provide supervision or babysitting.
  • Members encouraged to play safe, respect fellow members, and report concerns to TRA staff.
